I cannot get the sewing machine to work at all. I have played and played with the tension and can never get the thread to “lock”. The manual is no help at all. Any suggestions?
Lower the needle and make sure the flat side faces the bolt that holds it in place.
This is an awful and useless machine. Rip off.
